you boys seem to drop loads of weight, I usually just low-ish carb a couple of days before and if I need to drop fluids the evening before.

I was 2KG over at the beginning of the week and now around 0.75K over.

Bit of advice chaps. Past week I've been low carb very clean diet only good fats etc. Down to 81.2 this am after a s**t from 84ish at end end of day. Been drinknng tons of water and feeling good.

Tomorrow I'm competing in the 82.5 and at this weightcan even have breakfast tomorrow which I'd be happier doing (I like breakfast)

What would people do now

re: Vit C - high doses short term won't have a negative affect. I did 2 bodybuilding comps last year and used up to 20,000mg of Vit C along with a lot of water and it certainly does the trick in terms of stripping out the water weight but like others have said carb up like mad as soon as you've weighed in cos if you haven't got enough carbs in you then you can crash quite badly.

Not as hard as you think. On my super hyrdration cycle i did 3 days: Day 1 10L, Day 2 12L, Day 3 14L.

I got a 1 liter bottle and made sure that I drank 1 per hour or thereabouts.

Come the 4th day which was dehydration day I was still pissing a stupid amount despite not drinking. I went from 96 - 89 without the need of a sauna.

its a challenge drinking 5 litres a day for me Grin goodluck with 14 litres lolEek
