I think if you want the best chocolate milk, then M&S chocolate milk is unbeatable. Its about 1 million calories per 100ml and 1L is not enough.

Today has / will be -

10am - big bowl crunchy nut cornflakes
11.30am - spag bol - microwave meal
3pm - two beefburgers in buns
6pm - Starbar
8pm - 10cans of lager
10.30pm -hopefully take away unless our lass has spent all my money today.

Erm back on a sensible diet tomorrow.

Cottage cheese oats
Full lasagne with salad

Prob have sardines and oats later
fruit

Yesterday I was camping near Sleaford.

Breakfast at about 8: three rashers thick bacon, three white rolls.

Lunch, Skegness: fish, chips, sausage, mushy peas, icecream cones.

Supper at the camp barbecue: four quarter-pound burgers in buns, two thick sausages in a bun, large piece of chicken, some other stuff I've forgotten. Some beer.

Then ill be having some cottage cheese and a pint of milk later on.

Usually have no explode creatine pre-training and protein shake post training on training days too.

Richards - is that honestly what you would like to have before bed, cottage cheese? What about chocolate biscuits, chocolate bars, full fat choc milk, massive bowls of sugary cereal?

f**k cottage cheese as my last "nice" snack of the day!!
