Training today at Olympic Gym 02/07/09. Excuse of the day for not deadlifting
was A LITTLE BLISTER ON FOOT!!!. Not nameing any names but LEE CHADWICK

Lee has now just entered the gym with his trainin kit on. After a gud slating from u guys he has realised that being a tart aint the answer. Deadlifting from him will commence shortly...
VICTORY we have done him proud...its a scientific fact that deadlifting beats the gay out of anyone.
