Del's already done &rt;3.5x BW at around 106 hasn't he? I reckon he'll pull 400 this year at a similar bodyweight.

Yeah Del did 382.5 at 106 I think in October.

I'd like 350 at 100 in the next 12 months.

Chris Jenkins pulled 355kg @ 90kg BW. Not sure of his best @ 82.5kg BW but i know he narrowly missed 340 @ 82.5kg.

I currently weigh 81kg and my recent PB is 190kg for 1RM which is around 2xBW.

At the moment i am just trying to get stronger and stonger. I try not to get too hung up on numbers as ive found in the past it can destroy goals rather than aid in hitting them.

As long as i am getting stronger and my technique isnt suffering then im happy.Happy

If us fat bas***ds had liposuction then we could probably get a lot closer to a 3 x BW deadlift Grin
Is that actually in the rules for powerlifting? Because people who have alot of fat could get it all taken out and still posess the same strength.

Am I correct in assuming this or not?

and also because a lot of us are clinically obese anyway we could probably get liposuction free on the NHS.......

3.5xbodyweight sounds weird, 3xbw is hard enough. That would be 350k for a 100k lifter, 280 for me. I'd be off my tits with 250.

Yes i am going raw , my only problem is how much grip strength i can attain, Depending on the bar as well. I like the texas power bar best..

It will be equipped , but thats were i start and then train on to try and lift the same weight ue.

there the same goals that i have power hungry just that your bout 3 months off achiveing yours Happy impressive do u just train ye main lift and do u do assistance work and whats ye rep renge mate just would like to know so i just mainly gain strength and not useless musclemass
