At the moment i am just trying to get stronger and stonger. I try not to get too hung up on numbers as ive found in the past it can destroy goals rather than aid in hitting them. As long as i am getting stronger and my technique isnt suffering then im happy. | ||

Because people who have alot of fat could get it all taken out and still posess the same strength.
