Notes right side weak as piss, both sides weak as piss, worse on left side for straight leg lift and right for every thing else.

Everything felt good today, Leaving bench load where it is will be the correct decision long term I think first bench session I have been motivated for in f**king ages so that's good.

Had to alter week plan due to walking 44,000 steps on Saturday (f**king lockdown bulls**t) missus doesn't want to get any form of public transport or share a car and we don't drive. House we wanted to have a look at was 10 miles away so we walked... Left hip isn't happy so not going to even chance squatting on it today.

Cluster f**k today walking into work in a pair of walking shoes that are basically clogs so calves where fatigued as f**k.

Decided to leave it there and try again tomorrow it felt fine but think I am still fatigued from squats so thought I will do bench.

Bench press

100 - stopped hear as the shoulder is aggravated as f**k. Sweet lol

The shoulder isn't an injury or long term issue it's just pretty annoyed at the minuite and needs rest. Functionally it is fine apart from bench press.

Did shoulder rehab as well. s**te day but kinda happy I diverted the training rather than trod into a s**tshow.

Plan for rest of the week is

Thurs - Deadlift (maybe bench)
Friday - SBD Volume (only bench if I don't do it tomorrow).

On holiday for a few days from Friday so thinking of nipping into the gym early doors Fri and Tuesday
