House we wanted to have a look at was 10 miles away so we walked... Left hip isn't happy so not going to even chance squatting on it today. Shoulder rehab Bench press 60 x 8 100 x 8 130 x 8 130 x 8 130 x 8 130 x 8 130 x 8 Pull up bw x 4 bw x 4 bw x 4 Hip strength work (I really suck at this) Rest of week should look like Tuesday - Squats Wednesday - Deadlifts Thursday - Bench Friday - Squats + Deadlifts (might make the weights bit lighter see how I feel) | ||

Deadlift 70 120 170 220 Belt 255 x 3 Decided to leave it there and try again tomorrow it felt fine but think I am still fatigued from squats so thought I will do bench. Bench press 60 100 - stopped hear as the shoulder is aggravated as f**k. Sweet lol The shoulder isn't an injury or long term issue it's just pretty annoyed at the minuite and needs rest. Functionally it is fine apart from bench press. Did shoulder rehab as well. s**te day but kinda happy I diverted the training rather than trod into a s**tshow. Plan for rest of the week is Thurs - Deadlift (maybe bench) Friday - SBD Volume (only bench if I don't do it tomorrow). On holiday for a few days from Friday so thinking of nipping into the gym early doors Fri and Tuesday | ||
