The shoulder seems to be on the right track again, If I don't try to accelerate the bar of the chest as hard as I can it seems to keep the niggle in check, maybe not the best strategy long term as it will probably hurt what I can press but in the mean time means I can train it with less issues so that's definitly more ideal. 1.5 weeks left of this block so will finish out as is as I'm in a pattern. Hopfully can push 150x10x3 next week with no issues be a good place to leave the block

Never did my heel drops, fatigue is pretty high atm so sacked off any idea of doing a single. Work is really busy atm which is great but probably gonna get whack-a-moled with a 2-week min lockdown in 2 weeks. So that's going to f**k with my training and buinssness really getting sick and tired with this bulls**t.

Weirdist s**t ever deadlift just like my muscles didn't have the energy, felt like cardio wise I was good, strength wise I was good just like local muscular fatigue just couldn't procude the force needed through glutes and hammies mainly. Kind of like how you feel when you fail a curl, like your biceps are just fried. Most specific fatigue I've ever experienced for deadlift.
