Yet to meet her daughter, but I have learned that the trick is to bring up the subject of Metallica, AC/DC add/or Motorhead. I have my Metallica CD in the car when I go to visit.

I went off her after she cancelled meeting me 3 times. I bribed her with bbq and going fishing, but "just mates". Looks like I won't be fking her.

I have a rowing machine, not a concept 2. Nobody uses it and I have been meaning to sell it for a while now.

Slept for exactly 1hr last night, went fishing, came back and had a mass gainer and went to sleep again.

No energy so trained using the same weights as training partner

60kg x 9 triples, but i was using reverse grip instead of his regular

60kg x 27 reps all in one set close grip (that's another 9 triples but all at once)

Tri ext 3 x 15

Rev grip tri ext 3 x 15

Bromantic posedown x 2 poses Grin

pre workout (400mg caffeine) plus 100mg caffeine tabs. Partner looked like he wasn't going to come, so I was faffing about with my sunflowers.

Bench - closer grip as sets went on. All failed reps were right at lockout. Maybe 1min rest TOPS between sets

I've always attracted and been attracted to MILFs. My ex came over yesterday just as I finished passing time in the toilets. Had a coffee at the gym and sent her off.

I've always been ugly after the age of 20, and my hair has gone at the back. Receding hairline never bothered me but when someone slaps my head, it makes a slapping sound.

Gym is open but it's dead. I was barely breaking even before, so I'm gonna start looking for decent paying jobs over here. That means less fishing though Unhappy
