No energy so trained using the same weights as training partner 60kg x 9 triples, but i was using reverse grip instead of his regular 60kg x 27 reps all in one set close grip (that's another 9 triples but all at once) Tri ext 3 x 15 Rev grip tri ext 3 x 15 Bromantic posedown x 2 poses What have I become? | ||
