SQUATS
Sets of 3 reps up to 100kg

HAM CURLS
3 sets of 10 slows with 50kg

QUAD EXTENSION
3 sets of 10 slows with 50kg

1 LEG LEGPRESS
2 sets of 10 reps slow

ADDUCTOR PULLS
1 set of 10 reps with light weight

FACE PULLS
Sets of 5 raise set.

UPRIGHT CABLE ROWS
Sets of 5 raise set

BENCH
Sets of 3 reps up to 100kg
1 set of 10 reps with 80kg

AB MACHINE
2 sets of 10 reps

LOWER BACK EXTENSION
2 sets of 10 slows with 4kg haha

STRETCH
1 routine.

Been sat in a chair since the first day of lockdown.
Didn't move.
Went from 101kg to 122kg

Started dieting last week. Down to 118kg.

Left the house today for the first time since lockdown.
Went to a gym to see if my body can still move. Went easy at it.

Smith squat (lol)
60kg for 3 sets of 5 reps

Laying ham curl
3 sets of 6 reps with 37kg??

Quad Extension
3 sets of 8 reps with 55kg??

Calf raise
4 sets of 10 reps in a half pyramid.

Conclusion
Moving felt very odd. Getting out my chair was strange. Joints all clicked, felt heavy.
There are going to be f**king doms!
