Squat Bar x 10 reps x 2 sets 60kg x 5 80 x 5 100x5 120x5 added belt 140 x3 150 x 3 160 3 x 1 reps practicing singles, and concentrating on good depth with all squats tonight, will use 160 to open in my Comp. Vertical Leg Press, 200kg x 20, 250kg x 10 300kg x 10 350kg x 6 Incline abs 20 reps @ 25kg, 2x12 reps @ 35kg (holding a 25 and a 10kg on chest. Pulldown abs 3x15 reps. | ||

Dumbell Bench 3x10 @ 32.5kg Tate Dumbell tricep press 2x10 @ 20kg Pleased with bench today as right shoulder was a bit iffy from Squatting Thursday eve. There was a fourth rep @ 95kg to be had but don't want to knacker't shoulder at this stage. I know the weights are still s**t but I'm close to repping 100kg which will be a big confidence boost, and when I'm doing that regularly I think progress on the bench will come quicker | ||

Leg raises 4 x 30 Dumbell hammer curls 3 x 15 @ 15kg. Pleased with new PB. Challenging but more in the tank Off for pizza | ||

I'd be pleased with 220 after the squat and bench and thinking of going 210, 220, and then 227.5 / 230 if there's anything left in the tank talk's cheap though I've got to do it on the day, hopefully the adrenaline will get me through. Warm up with bar 5 mins various clean and press, stiff leg d/lifts etc. Squat Bar 2 x 10 reps 60kg x 5 80 x 5 100x5 120x3 added belt 140x3 150x1 160x1 Then 150 x 1 Leg press 200kg x 12, 250kg x 10, 300kg x 10, 350kg x 8 Incline abs 3 x15 with 25kg on chest Pulldown abs standing, 4x15 @ 40 kg, paused at crunch position. The Focus today was on depth and the intention was to warm up as I will in the comp and hit a single again @ 170 then drop back and do some singles @ 160, but quads said no today. I was concentrating on squeezing all reps down, the 160kg was good depth and comfortable but just felt out of gas today so dropped it down to 150 and did another good rep and then did some reps on the leg press which I find don't really hammer the system but do get some work in for the quads and glutes. Still a decent session for me, and got some singles practice in at my top end | ||

Well guys I've finally repped 2 plates!!!!!! at this rate I'll be benching my bodyweight before to long Pleased with this as right shoulder felt iffy warming up but seemed ok as I moved up, actually starting to enjoy benching Onwards to 3 plates | ||
