Forgot to add: Leg raises 3x30 reps D/Bell hammer curls 3x15 @ 15kg. Must be carb depletion | ||

Cliff and Ed I'd be happy with 220 @ my comp in June bearing mind it will be after squat and bench but I do need to get some singles in May cos as you know doing the singles is a lot different to repping and I honestly don't know how the reps will translate into singles, (but when I rep 220 for 7 I should be close to 250):-) should hopefully get an extra 5kg or so when I put the belt on? Good luck with the Comp Marc mate. | ||

Strict Military Press 20 reps with bar 10 reps @ 30kg 5 reps @ 40kg 5 reps @ 42.5kg 3 reps @ 47.5kg 5 reps @ 52.5kg Then 5 x 10reps @ 40kg D/bell 1 arm row 15 reps @ 35kg 15 reps@ 42.5kg 2x10 reps @ 47.5kg Dumbell Tricep rolls 2x12 reps @ 22.5kg Dumbell tate press 2 x 15 reps @ 15kg. Easy week next week then up the weights again | ||

Squat no Belt Bar x 10 reps x 2 sets 60kg x 5 80 x 5 100x5 120kg x 5reps x 2 sets Squats nice n deep n easy, starting to feel good on these, the lower bar position is feeling more natural now. Bench Press trying out a wider grip (index finger on rings, supposed to be an easy week but wanted to play around with the grip. Bar x 20reps Then worked up to 100kg x 1 rep paused Then 4x10 reps paused with same grip. Pleased with this as this grip did feel different. My theory is that by widening the grip there's less distance for the bar to travel, but need to get used to this grip. Any advice from the benchers out there would be welcome. Then Strict bent over row 4x12 reps @ 60kg. Easy session again on Saturday then back to it next week | ||

SSLLOOWWLLYY feeling better on pressing, 3 rep improvement on last set. | ||

Squat Bar x 10 reps x 2 sets 60kg x 5 80 x 5 100x5 120x5 added belt 135 x3 145 x 3 155 x 6 100kg 2x10 reps without belt. Incline sit ups 2x15 reps with 25kg on chest, paused at top to keep tension on. Crunches 2 x 30 Pleased again tonight, been increasing reps and weight constantly now since the start of January. Really busy at work but making sure I get as much recovery as possible, felt I'd done enough after the two sets @ 100kg (I know I'm a lazy t**t) | ||
