Bike 10 mins.

Clean and press with bar, stiff leg d/lifts etc. x 5mins

Strict Military Press from squat stands as usual.
20 reps with bar
10 reps @ 30kg
5 reps @ 40kg
5 reps @ 45kg
5 reps @ 50kg
7 reps @ 52.5kg
Then 4 x 10reps @ 40kg

One arm Dumbell rows, strict and paused at top 4x15 reps @ 37.5kg

Presses felt heavy tonight but Cest la vie

Finding them easier if I do four sets Paul mate

Tonight I felt four sets was enough, they weren't to failure but felt four was plenty as it all felt pretty sluggish tonight. I also tend to feel 3 to 4 sets are enough after squats and deads after the main sets, I'd rather do this than go lighter and do more sets, so I go by feel really. Will cut back anyway as I get nearer the Comp.
