Pleased with this as my lower back muscles felt fatigued warming up, felt really pumped in lower back but got 7 reps with 185kg which is the same reps as last month but 5kg higher ![]() ![]() Was just going to do two sets of 12 with the 120 but wanted to get a bit more work in. Leg raises on bench 3 x 30 reps Strict barbell curl 20 reps with 20kg bar 3x10reps @ 30kg Pleased with this tonight ![]() ![]() | ||
