yes i would be highly impressive thats why i want it so bad can imagine the feeling one ye there at under 12 stone is an achivement and a half i think anyway especially built naturally with no enhancements.

started with 20 reps with bar
5 reps @ 40kg
5 reps @ 60kg
5 sets of 5 reps @ 85kg
20 reps @ 60kg
drop set flys 25kg dumbells down to 10kg dumbells

5x5 routeine militery press 25kg dumbells

5x10 tricep body weight dips guna get a belt too add more weight next week

french press 3 sets 5 reps @ 32.5kg dumbell

20 weighted crunches
2 sets 20 leg raises
4 sets weighted sit ups 20 reps 5kg,10kg,15kg then last set with 20kg dumbell and finished with 20 more weighted crunches

then done a 3 mile run gunna take out the militery press on this day next time.

warm ups 20 reps with bar
5 reps @ 60kg
5 reps @ 90kg
then 5x5 @ 120kg part from last set just went 4 the 6 reps felt strong
1 rep @ 140kg
20 reps @ 80kg

4 set leg extensions 5 reps @ 60kg

10 rep warm up @ 20kg on leg curls
3 drop sets 40kg,35kg,30kg all 5 reps and all super setted too with stiff leg deads 1st 2 sets 30kg ' 20reps 3rd 15 reps @50kg then 4th set 10 reps @70kg

4 sets of sitting calf raises 10 reps @ 65kg

4 sets of standing calf raises full rack 10reps

shoulder press 5x5 @ 50kg

3 sets lateral raises with 10kg dumbells for 5 reps

and drop set flys 5 reps started with 15kg dumbells,17.5kg,20kg,17.5kg,15kg.

triceps 5x10 body weight dips

tricep push down 5 reps 8 plates on machine

abs 20 weighted crunches 8 plates
2 sets 20 leg raises
sit up 4 sets of 20 reps weighted started with 5kg on chest,10,15 and finished with a 20kg dumbell followed by 20 more weighted crunches @ 4 plates

20 mins on crosstrainer Happy

186kg 5reps felt like i was good for more seemed light to me today Happy

all deadlifts felt easy but my first day back after injury testing what i could do cause my side still hurts just try traing through it though and was more sets then i usually do bit too much warm up lol

then done some superman rows

150kg 5reps
160kg 3reps

just hope i havent trained too much today left a week to rest just guna do bench tues day then 2 days cardio to make the weight.

You should get 200kg easy if you managed 185kg x5 after all those other sets of 5's.
