Member 551, 509 posts SQ 201, BP 145, DL 250596.0 kgs @ 75kgs Eq | started with 20 reps with bar 5 reps @ 40kg 5 reps @ 60kg 5 sets of 5 reps @ 85kg 20 reps @ 60kg drop set flys 25kg dumbells down to 10kg dumbells 5x5 routeine militery press 25kg dumbells 5x10 tricep body weight dips guna get a belt too add more weight next week french press 3 sets 5 reps @ 32.5kg dumbell 20 weighted crunches 2 sets 20 leg raises 4 sets weighted sit ups 20 reps 5kg,10kg,15kg then last set with 20kg dumbell and finished with 20 more weighted crunches then done a 3 mile run gunna take out the militery press on this day next time. | ||
