Weight is 19 stone dead.

Highly unlikely, though im coming down to cheer Logan on, so if im in decent shape i may throw my name in there.

Felt really sluggish when i started today, was probably up to the 5th or 6th set of fronties before i started to feel like there was any speed to the lifts.
Did a comfy 3s pause on the 182, a long way from my best, but definite progress.

Pressing felt a little easier today than it has for a while, one more week of strict work, then i will start adding push press back in.
Feeling much better in general this week, hopefully events will be much improved from last week.

Kuch improved on last weeks session. The farmers were very easy, and got some good speed on the 120kg sets. The 140s were just to get them in place for my training partners final set, but even they felt easy, other than a bit of a slow pick up.
Loading was much better than last week as well, though the final set had me struggling to breathe for about 10 mins afterwards.

Reduced the rest period down to two minutes on everything except my final two sets of strict press. Didnt cause any real issues, my training currently is light enough that lazyness is the only reason ive been sticking with my usual 4 minute rest periods.

First time on back squats since i hurt the back last month, very conservative on weight selection. Took a few sets to find a nice bar path that didn't have the cambered bar wobbling me all over.
Front squats were nice, as always, its an odd state of affairs when my max front squat is probably about as good as my max back squat right now.
Stuck with the reduced rest periods throughout tonight.

Other than the slight twinge in my back (eased off within 10 minutes ) i quite enjoyed todays session.
Made it up to my 280 target, so should be good for 300 when i switch to regular pulls next week (im training with a friend next week and id face too much abuse if i wasnt good for at least 7 plates a side).
Kept the rest periods short on everything else to keep the lungs working.
Really starting to feel closer to my old self again, and weight seems to be levelling off, so hopefully i can start to move forward again.

First session back on push press reminded me of one thing, power cleaning my 60mm axle is f**king horrid. Bright side, comp axles are always easier.
The press itself wasnt too hard, though legs were a bit sluggish (not a surprise after yoke and 3 lots of squatting in the last 5 days).

Team deadlift session planned for tomorrow, should see me back pulling 300 without too much drama.
