Vert Jump 8x2 Medley over 25m Farmers 140 50m sled drag 120 Farmers 180 50m sled drag 120 - 54seconds felt fine except a little quad pump on sled. I'm 100% positive I can do 200 farmers but I'll do that later. Next week my home gym has loads of strongman s**t so will do some loading or summit instead. | ||

Sq 25x5-10 45x3 65x3 85x2 100/125/140/160x1 180x4x4 these felt not great. Fsq 60x4 90x4x4 not too good either and right hip felt funny after 3rd set. Ab wheel 3x10 No events stuff just got the minimum done hopefully better for bench tomorrow. | ||

So I'd rather keep pauses and not miss reps. Cgbp 60x4 95x4x4 Incline bb 60x3x8 light and slow Dips Bw/10/20/25x8 Skulls 12x2x12 15x2x8 Still happy as that was my opener just under 4 weeks ago. | ||

Bp 20x2x15 40x5 60/80x3 100x2 110x1 120x6x2 felt relatively comfortable throughout until last 2 sets but still paused as usual so I'm happy! Cgbp 60x6 100x3x3 easy enough. Incline db 20x2x20 Dips Bwx6 +20x3x6 paused at bottom Skulls 3x dropset I'm interested to see where my bench is at now but I suspect it's only a 5kg?? Increase, still I feel much better on them regardless. | ||

Dl 60x5 100x3 140/180x1 205x6x2 TnG. these felt brutal compared to last week, nearly passed out twice haha. Pendlay row 60x8 100x3x3 By this point I just wanted light work to get out as I'd been in the gym well over an hour due to rests. Band pulldown 3x30 Curls 3 sets Band abs 3x25 Hopefully I feel better after some rest. | ||
