Farmers 180 50m sled drag 120 - 54seconds felt fine except a little quad pump on sled.

I'm 100% positive I can do 200 farmers but I'll do that later. Next week my home gym has loads of strongman s**t so will do some loading or summit instead.

Been ill past few days for some reason so did yesterday's today, still a little fought and gay.

So after today's run with work in the heat and spending all day sweating my tits off I think I might have mild heat exhaustion despite drinking shed loads of water....
