215x3 meh. I'm seriously considering sumo as I really can't seem to find a nice position to get into anymore and even though I can't pull as much sumo at least it's technically a more proficient movement for me. Either way I'll keep plugging away and see what occurs.

Holy s**t did that destroy me, it wasn't the load itself as that was easy but constantly taking off and putting on wraps, belt, getting under the bar and getting tight. Trying to make each rep identical was seriously challenging Haha.

Fine actually. Yes I added an extra 3 ply of polyester to my oly shoes for extra pop 1/16ths out of the hole and cut up some Levi's skinny jeans to make some old school briefs

Earlier today I was f**king about and walking past a dips bar at work and jumped onto it and felt my chest feel abit too tight and that reflected today. Got a little swelling too thank f**k next week is a deload.

I like your goal. I feel that I am one. I was fortunate to have success in wrestling, but even at the end of that career I was one. People in general in my opinion are one. I choke when things heat up in competition. I try every single day now to get rid of that and grow mentally. I cannot go to the grave being one.
