I'm seriously considering sumo as I really can't seem to find a nice position to get into anymore and even though I can't pull as much sumo at least it's technically a more proficient movement for me. Either way I'll keep plugging away and see what occurs. Dead stop squat 140x10x1 60s rest between reps. Holy s**t did that destroy me, it wasn't the load itself as that was easy but constantly taking off and putting on wraps, belt, getting under the bar and getting tight. Incline flys 15x2x12 didn't feel bad but pulled a little 90/90s Db curl Shrugs 3x12 each Earlier today I was f**king about and walking past a dips bar at work and jumped onto it and felt my chest feel abit too tight and that reflected today. Got a little swelling too thank f**k next week is a deload. | ||
