Light upper body because I was bored

Curls/pushdowns
Lat pulldown various grips
Side bends
Screwdrivers

10 shoulder dislocations between each 'set' probably did about 30 total sets... Soft tissue work on bis tris and forearm with the bar until I was bored. I'll do some squat/deadlift on Sunday or Monday to keep me mobile and that's me until the combined services where I'm squatting 9th September. I'd like to hit 230 but f**k knows.

Slept like s**t last night arrived marginally on time and Worked my way upto 190 for last warm up
Attempts were-

205 nice and easy
220 fairly good really
225 all time pb- wanted to do 230 but I'm happy due to the circumstances with this. This felt like it stopped near the top like in July but all was well and got it up. Apparently was better than my 220 so I'm pleased.

Let the bodybuilding commence!

First day using conjugate program, this should be fun.

120x3 never front squat really so these really challenged me! I didn't go higher as I wanted to be technically proficient but I wanted at least 140. Just shows how weak my abs and quads are at that depth! Either way this is actually a PB?! Talk about s**t quads!

Overall I'm not happy with this session as there is more in the tank if I pushed the fronts but I'm trying to keep absolutely text book for now, no need to push as I'm starting a 6 month off season! The run in the morning ruined my legs and my left foot feels like I've strained a little tendon. Oh well!
