Soft tissue work on bis tris and forearm with the bar until I was bored. I'll do some squat/deadlift on Sunday or Monday to keep me mobile and that's me until the combined services where I'm squatting 9th September. I'd like to hit 230 but f**k knows. | ||

This felt like it stopped near the top like in July but all was well and got it up. Apparently was better than my 220 so I'm pleased. Let the bodybuilding commence! | ||

Plyo push-up to box 4x2 "2 board press" no boards so used 10kg bumper. Barx2x10-20 40x5 60x3 80x3 100x3 110x3 120x3 had more in there for sure but I don't mind working into this. 90x3x8 Db incline 25x2x12 Inverted row 5x15 Superset with Pull apart 5x20 holy pump batman. 4s front raise 10s hammer curl Rope pushdown 3x20 each. That was very fun! Tricep didn't feel bad which is good, I liked the plyo push-up to boxes too. | ||

I didn't go higher as I wanted to be technically proficient but I wanted at least 140. Just shows how weak my abs and quads are at that depth! Either way this is actually a PB?! Talk about s**t quads! rack pull from top of knee cap beltless 130x8 150x8 175x8 these were piss easy. Only had to do sets of 5 but didn't realise til I finished... Step ups to 20in box 20x3x10 each leg Abs 3x15 hollow ab feeling after which is good! Barbell twists 3x30 these were so weird! Overall I'm not happy with this session as there is more in the tank if I pushed the fronts but I'm trying to keep absolutely text book for now, no need to push as I'm starting a 6 month off season! The run in the morning ruined my legs and my left foot feels like I've strained a little tendon. Oh well! | ||
