My head is my worst enemy. 162.5kg for a fairly simple double, in between sets confidence took a nosedive and I failed miserably with the next attempt.

Bench Press
100kg- Easy
105kg- Easy
110kg- F

Deadlift
180kg- Easy
200kg- Easy
207.5kg- Hard, but got it.

Finished the day with 477.5kg. Competition PB total by 2.5kg. Not overly happy. Failed things I should be doing without too much difficulty really. I need to train harder.

You may not be too happy with your lifting at the comp but PB's are PB's....nice lifting.
