I was a bit disappointed to only get 7 reps with 155kg. Watching the video back they look a lot easier than they felt. I was still aching from Monday's squatting!

I wasn't very happy with Thursday's squats, they were hardwork as expected, but my technique was all over the place. Went in today to do extra squats focussing on keeping my technique to a relatively high standard.
