Squats high bar narrow grip

160x6 bit of a dodgy start on first rep, weird line made knees hurt
180x5 x8 sets, got easier as it went on, could have done 8-10 on last set.

Hamstring cable curls
5 x 8 sets

First 2 sets felt horrible then legs woke up properly on 3rd set and form improved and the weight felt easy.

Deadlift felt good tonight and relatively easy. Easily another 2 reps at 240 if I wanted. The 210 was easy weight but fitness was lacking.

Good session, log felt good for a change the 95s were done in around 40 seconds. Farmers weren't so good for me strangely. Stones were fun, the aim for 2016 is to load the 180. I'm pretty sure within a few months I can lap it.

Had to change stance after 4 sets, left knee was getting really sore, switched to a lower bar position and slightly wider stance. Made a big difference and felt pretty easy.

Poor today, severe lack of sleep last night made for hard work today. Deadlift felt terrible and couldn't find the right line. Stones weren't too bad but felt harder than they should have and caused left knee to play up..

Squatting still fantastic!
I have major issues with itb, quad and the real hip area. Do you find rolling really helps much for your itbs?

It seems to help for a small amount of time but doesn't seem to go away. I think mine have started playing up due to my old mattress on the bed not being supportive enough, I got a new one just before Christmas and they have improved but still need work.

No idea of weight but it was quite heavy. Did quite a few flips demonstrating the technique to guys.

2x25m @210kg just trying out a new Yoke the gym has got. Felt too easy and was really fast.

Thanks Neil, yes there was a decent turn out, we also had a few new guys come and see about joining which is good. Got a load of new gear including 3 texts power bars, we are also getting calibrated eleiko plates in the new year.
