Tried doing good some yoke press but knee didn't like it.

Did some incline axle press with weights hanging from bands, makes it a lot more difficult.
Also did some other pressing and stuff.

Went through to Results to test out the weights for the Naturals qualifier with Neil Benvie and some others.

Prowler pull
Worked up to 340ish on the prowler.
(Including some actual sick in between weights)

Arm over arm
Up to 260kg on pins I think in 36 seconds
Arms were burning

Yoke press
Up to 110kg x3
Had a half arsed attempt at 120kg but it was no danger of going up.
