Cant complain at doing 3 sets of a PB whilst a bit run down. | ||

Squat 70kg x 3 90kg x 3 110kg x 2 140kg x 2 160kg x 1 180kg x 1 187.5kg x 1 - Good, also the heaviest ive been in a while. 140kg x 3 - Paused. Bench 20kg x 5 40kg x 4 60kg x 3 80kg x 2 85kg x 6, 6, 6, 6 Wide bench 50kg x 10, 10 Rehab. Not a terrible session. | ||

Bench 20kg x 5 40kg x 4 60kg x 3 80kg x 2 90kg x 1 97.5kg x 3 PB, 2 - Second rep of second set I lost my line badly, and with no spotter it was not worth the risk so stopped there. 90kg x 3, 3 Deadlift (Conventional, Hook grip) 60kg x 3, 3, 3 100kg x 2, 2, 2 Belt on 140kg x 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 160kg x 1, 1 180kg x 1, 1 - Surprisingly not that tough and I maintained a decent position. Bandbell 52.5kg x 12 Squat (No knee sleeves or belt) 60kg x 3 100kg x 2 140kg x 1 160kg x 1 170kg x 1 180kg x 1 - Good, easy enough. Front squat (No knee sleeves or belt, paused) 20kg x 3 40kg x 3 60kg x 3 80kg x 2, 2 100kg x 1, 1 120kg x 1, 1 125kg x 1 - Good, easy again. Not bad for a first try. Rehab. | ||

I think this a PB for all time for me which is very promising. 62.5kg x 3, 3, 3, 3 Light squats & Rehab. Bench is feeling very good now. Looking forward to starting squatting/deadlifting properly again after comp. | ||
