Didn't prep well going into today, coupled with other things going on my head wasn't in it.

Also forgot my belt and wrist wraps..

147.5kg x 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2 - PB's I think. Same sticking point as my normal squat, im fast below and above it, this needs fixing.

5 1/2 hour drive.. then straight to the gym, bad idea.

Deficit Sumo Deadlift
70kg x 5

202.5kg x 3 - As I was setting up for my second set felt something odd in my lower back. Painful.

Bench

97.5kg x 1 - Back pain.
75kg x 3, 3, 3 - Feet up, back flat.

Called it there, rest/rehab tonight and hopefully it will be fine to at least bench tomorrow. If i need to il drop deadlifts for the next few weeks and if i really need to il drop squats too, though I doubt that will happen.

Back a 1-3/10 today. The more i keep moving around etc the better it feels. Still, being sensible with it.

Squat - Low bar, beltless.
60kg x 3

160kg x 2 - PB by default i think.
170kg x 1 - PB
175kg x 1 - PB
180kg x 1 - PB, A Lot faster than I expected and no pain.

Bench - Awkward unrack and no spotter.
