Also forgot my belt and wrist wraps.. Squat 60kg x 5 100kg x 5 140kg x 5 167.5kg x 5, 5 - Tough second set. Bench 20kg x 5 40kg x 5 60kg x 5 80kg x 5 92.5kg x 3 Rehab. Called it there, I will go back tomorrow and do this session properly. | ||

Deadlift (Conventional, double overhand) 60kg x 6 80kg x 6 100kg x 6 122.5kg x 6, 6, 6, 6 - A lot easier than I anticipated. Bench 20kg x 10 40kg x 8 60kg x 5 80kg x 3 87.5kg x 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2 Wide(For me) grip bench, feet up. 20kg x 12 45kg x 12, 12, 12 Machine rows, Pullups, Hammer curls, Rehab. | ||

Same sticking point as my normal squat, im fast below and above it, this needs fixing. Bench 20kg x 8 40kg x 5 60kg x 3 80kg x 8, 8, 8 - Quite pleased with these. Split squats, DB row, DB laterals and Rehab. | ||

Deficit Sumo Deadlift 70kg x 5 120kg x 3 140kg x 2 160kg x 1 180kg x 1 202.5kg x 3 - As I was setting up for my second set felt something odd in my lower back. Painful. Bench 20kg x 5 60kg x 4 85kg x 2 97.5kg x 1 - Back pain. 75kg x 3, 3, 3 - Feet up, back flat. Called it there, rest/rehab tonight and hopefully it will be fine to at least bench tomorrow. If i need to il drop deadlifts for the next few weeks and if i really need to il drop squats too, though I doubt that will happen. | ||

Squat - Low bar, beltless. 60kg x 3 80kg x 3 100kg x 3 125kg x 3 145kg x 3 160kg x 2 - PB by default i think. 170kg x 1 - PB 175kg x 1 - PB 180kg x 1 - PB, A Lot faster than I expected and no pain. 125kg x 3, 3, 3, 3, 3 Bench - Awkward unrack and no spotter. 20kg x 5 40kg x 5 60kg x 5 80kg x 3 87.5kg x 5, 4, 4, 4 Pullups, pulldowns, triceps, shoulder rehab, back rehab, box jumps. | ||

Bench 20kg x 5 40kg x 4 60kg x 3 80kg x 2 90kg x 1 95kg x 3, 3, 3, 3 - Very, very happy with these. 95x4 is a PB, these were all quite easy too. Good things to come! General rehab stuff. | ||
