fairly hefty session today, conveniently i had a sore throat and the s**ts, paired with a 12hr night shift, and then 4 hrs sleep.

I cant after nights, it does ruin me mentally though mate.
On my days off i get 8hrs maybe. Sometimes 9 if im lucky.
Its not great but i have to earn a wage.

Not been heavy in ages so im happy with the attempt. Really fast off the floor but just got out of position.
Definitely good for a 3rd attempt at the British
