deadlifting is bad for your back.
squatting is bad for your knees.
I don't squat to depth because I don't want to get a big ass.
I do leg press instead of squats as squats hurt my back.
You'll hurt yourself deadlifting.
you need to get your upper back right back because some guy on youtube says rounding your upper back is not deadlifting.
you should lift in shoes.
