Trained this morning felt tired and last nights curry wasn't helping

Front squat
80kg 5x3

Deadlift
150kg 8x1

Rack pull - below knee
200kg x 3

Had to call it a day due to needing to get to work. Going to repeat this week again next week with abit less volume as think that maybe the issue along with different training pattern

Last week was a write off with my back had physio on Wednesday morning. Tight hip had caused t12 &l1 vertraba to lock and back to spasm.

Seems to be ok now so see what the next 4 weeks being before the naturals finals

I don't mate my strict is around 100. Changed it on PB chart as think put it in wrong haha
