Going to repeat this week again next week with abit less volume as think that maybe the issue along with different training pattern | ||

Tight hip had caused t12 &l1 vertraba to lock and back to spasm. Seems to be ok now so see what the next 4 weeks being before the naturals finals Monday Deadlift 160kg 4x1 180kg x 1 200kg x 1 220kg x 1 Wasn't too explosive but my back held up so hopefully can get that back Leg press 300kg 3x15 Hamstring curl 2x15 Tuesday Bench 100kg x 3 110kg x 2 120kg x 1 125kg x 1 Side raises 10kg 2x8 Incline dumbells 40kg x 6 Face pulls 3 sets of 10 all increasing in weight Strict press 60kg 3x3 | ||
