glad you liked mate, there were some top weightlifters down there after, a 85kg lifter from cameroon jerked 190kg from blocks Embarassed

Ah ok, well I only went up until the point where they were doing the mobility testing and back, I'd guess it would have been about 40m total distance per run then

15/06/15 Was in hospital as my infection finally caught up with me and I'm loaded up on drugs so feeling abit spacey so this weeks training is hit and miss.

On a seperate note, competing 22 July in army champs. ive now got 4 solid weeks to get some form of peak in. Without sounding too optimistic I'm looking for something like 225/130/240. Hopefully more if this peak goes well. Regardless it'll be good to do my last comp as a junior.
