Nice gym! glad you liked mate, there were some top weightlifters down there after, a 85kg lifter from cameroon jerked 190kg from blocks the sledge track is 30m for future reference | ||

Anyway! 16/06/15 Bp 100x8/7/6 long pauses, the gym on this battlecamp is unlegit so that's all I could do. Db floor press 25/27/30sx12 paused easy Cable pushdowns 200 reps Felt like s**t. 17/06/15 DL 215x3 7.5/10 effort. Only dramas is that the gym I went to had cheap 32mm bars with no knurling. Threaders! Chins 3x8 nice and fast. As fast as kipping but without looking like a seizure victim. Various Db rows 6x12-20 Db curls 3x Decline abs 3x15. Still feeling messed up but I hit the minimum for the day. On a seperate note, competing 22 July in army champs. ive now got 4 solid weeks to get some form of peak in. Without sounding too optimistic I'm looking for something like 225/130/240. Hopefully more if this peak goes well. Regardless it'll be good to do my last comp as a junior. | ||

Got pissed and decided to do deads. 220x1 230x1 9/10 effort... Comeback pb anyway. 235xf got about 6 inches off the floor. Whatever. Strip set- 220x1 180x2 140x3 100x5 11 reps total. Am Mobility session PM Squats Barx2x5 60x3 100/140/160/180/200x1 210x1 felt abit uneasy 215x1 depth and technique absolutely sound, very happy. 8/10 effort. No rounding of the back. Second attempt providing I feel ok on the day. Sumo with straps as my hands are f**ked from 3 days hanging onto a Texas power bar. 210/220x1 solid Ham curl 3x20 Weighted Decline abs 3x10 Feeling nice now, apart from the tricep. | ||
