It's coming off that easy that I'm considering taking the weight down to a lean 88kg by mid summer and then holding it there.
Initially I didn't think I'd want to go that low for a couple of reasons. First, 88kg is small as f**k and second I thought it would be murderously hard to get there. Now im thinking that being lean and 88kg through summer when on holiday etc might be decent plus I'm getting married in October so guess I should look decent.

That's great news man!

You too Rodge Wink

Congrats John; on both fronts.
For some reason I thought you already were married.
And, 88kgs isn't that small when it's all muscle. Can't compare yourself to these 120+kgs blokes..

Thanks Nick.
I've been with Leah for 16 years. She's just decided she would like to waste a load of my savings on a wedding Roll-Eyes

88kg...meh...It's smaller than I've been in a while. I might enjoy it when I get there.

Weigh in tomorrow. Will be exactly 4 weeks into this way of eating tomorrow. (Just ate two mini snickers bars too, btw)

Today I've had three kitkat chunkys and two magnums

I've lost weight (3 pounds in two weeks) and got fitter and stronger since monitoring my food

My "junk" has not changed I hope but other things have like increase in protein

My IIFYM approach to 16/8 IF so all on track kept weight loss slow last three weeks 107.2-106.8-106.6 with 2700 - 3300 target kcal and 250-450g carbs.

Only want to lose another 0.5-1kg over next few weeks and keep strength maximal. All going very well so far!!

I know I could look on Google but what are people's favourite protein foods

Treats or junk or whatever

Currently I just nail a protein shake with my chocolate

Mix whey protein of choice and fat free yogurt flavour of choice and then throw in fruit, cocopops, rice crispies, chocolates, biscuits, which ever you like.

My best effort was chocolate whey, cherry yogurt, mixed berries, and cocopops. Was like a dark forest gateaux pudding.

I'll do that with dark chocolate and use that as a dessert

I make these but I use flower instead of buckwheat:

Nice with banana and peanut butter or lemon curd.

That sounds great - I'm making some of these.

Did that yesterday with plain yoghurt, whey and flavdrops from MP. Added a few grapes and it was delicious.

Nice simple one with my lunch. Alpro vanilla yogurt, vanilla whey and a banana. Tastes very much like banana and custard.

Also looks less like stoma bag contents. Or so I am informed.

Sounds good. Do these mix with a spoon or is a blender required?

I like this one:
250-300g of cottage cheese (stay with me!)
Cherry yoghurt
Pineapple

It just works!
