I like this one:
250-300g of cottage cheese (stay with me!)
Cherry yoghurt
Pineapple

It just works!

I mix fat free greek yoghurt with a scoop of whey every day. Mixes just fine with a spoon

comes out as
45 protein, 10 carbs, 0 fat

can add chopped almonds, raisins etc

I'm still doing this and it's still really easy. I'm 10 weeks and 3 days in so far and have lost 11kg. Going to crack on with the losing for another 3kg or so. I'll be 87kg then and very lean.
I'm no longer doing Squats, Barbell Bench Press or Deadlifts though. Just pure bodybuilding training which I hate but is really effective at getting me in shape.
I'm still eating chocolate everyday.

Anyone else still doing this?
