I've just got back from an all inclusive holiday - I had lots of those every day.

I am now a fat mess.

So, I've started Flexible Dieting. I'm eating 2400kcal per day and achieving roughly a 35/35/30 split (pro/carb/fat).

I'm eating mostly what you would consider to be 'clean' foods but I'm also eating chocolate, burgers, bagels etc most days too.
This week, since Saturday, I have lost 2.5kg and ~ 1% Bodyfat. I've had zero cravings because I've had the freedom to eat what I like, within reason.

Each Saturday will be my cheat day, whether I psychologically need it or not. I will maintain my 2400kcal limit and will continue to achieve my protein minimum requirement of 160g but the rest of the foods will be pure junk. High sugar, high carb, low fat junk.

Question is:
What are your favourite high carb but really low fat foods which you would enjoy as part of a cheat day?
I have roughly 1700kcal of junk to play with.

Hit me...

How is weight loss going now?

Really well mate.
The bizarre thing I've noticed this week is lack of desire for junk. I think because I am allowed to eat everything I'm actually not craving anything. Funny thing psychology...

Did a midweek weigh in today. (Official weigh in is on Saturday)
It's coming off that easy that I'm considering taking the weight down to a lean 88kg by mid summer and then holding it there.
Initially I didn't think I'd want to go that low for a couple of reasons. First, 88kg is small as f**k and second I thought it would be murderously hard to get there. Now im thinking that being lean and 88kg through summer when on holiday etc might be decent plus I'm getting married in October so guess I should look decent.

Do it john and stay with it! Powerlifting can wait till after the wedding!

Don't want to look back at the photos and see a round bloated face looking back at you!
