Pb's, Pb's everywhere. Really good session today. Front squats felt really good. Could've paused the 160 for longer but it was very easy. Made sure I paused the triple for longer. SLDL's were very hard today but really happy that they came up. I'd been after that 200 x 5 for some time now. During the session I had the pleasure of training alongside Samoa rugby international Dan Leo who was brilliant to talk to throughout. Now for a round of golf.

Squats were really hard today. The top single was a huge grind. Triple was a little better but still harder than I would've wanted. CGBP was ok. Top single actually moved pretty well. I really thought I would get 10 reps today. I hit the ninth pretty well but then my triceps just went on me completely and the tenth was nowhere. Golf was pretty good last night, enjoyed being back on the course. Probably helped that I very nearly hit two holes in one.

Happy with today. Front squats were a fair bit harder than two days ago. I reckon a 170 paused front squat is there atm. SLDL's were rather tricky today but more pb's.

Squat were reasonably good today. Bench is still getting there, but starting to look a bit better than it was. Decent enough long pause on 137.5. Sets on 122.5 were paused for as long as I would've liked, but got all the reps in. Heavy set on deadlifts was really hard today.

Squats were pretty decent today, nice to get a couple more pb's. Deadlifts were really good today. 230 came up outrageously quickly which bodes well for Friday....

First time doing low bar pause squats. Seemed to go ok. On CGBP the 140 was nice. Yet again on the rep set I managed 9 pretty well and then, for the third session in a row, my triceps went on me quite catastrophically. Maybe I was only designed for 9 rep sets. Who knows.

High bars moved really nicely today. On 220, it was a little slow on the way up but my form was really good throughout. On CGBP I had a pretty decent crack at 150 but it wasn't to be. Probably a 145 there today.

Today didn't quite go to plan in the end. Based of the 252.5 I did last time and the way training has been going, a 260 pull should've been there. On 235 my weight was on the front of my foot which meant it was a bit of a slow rep. Monday's 230 was noticeably quicker. On the 260 attempt I got it to my knees but it just wouldn't go from there. I got a comp in 2 weeks so I'll be able to try for a new pb there.

Squats never seemed quite right today but they came up ok. Bench is actually feeling pretty strong at the moment. Deadlifts were pretty hard but 250 was a nice 10kg pb. Might of been 255 there had I gone for it straight from 230.

Squatted low bar today as that's what I'll be doing in the comp. All three sets were fine. I'm going to open with 210. Bench felt reasonably good today. Happy with everything so going to open with 135. Deadlifts were fine.
