Am- Upper back work x10000000 mega light PM- Sq 142/165/187x5 nice movement, second rep on last set was abit funny with the balance but it's just due to squatting in a different gym. 7/10 effort. Sumo dl 60x5 100x3 140x3 180x1 200x2 little pb on these. 145x15 with straps. Nice posterior pump hehe. Another pb. TRX abs 10/10/20 HANGING OUT with the heat by this point and lats are now officially destroyed. | ||
