57/65/72x3 used new wraps, felt nice but had to try flare lats a lot harder as the wraps take away a lot of the bar squeeze.

Bp (65% T1RM)
80x5/6/7/8. First rep paused. Easy.

Dips
5x5/10/15/20/25. All easy sets. Felt great on my lower back as it was like decompression.

60kg sled. About 25m between points.
30 1 arm rows
20 1 arm press
30 sled pull throughs Chris duffin style.
4 backwards pulls
I Kept going on each movement until any sign of fatigue of the muscle groups involved then swapped

Overall nothing too demanding today. Let's see how my back holds up tomorrow.

165/182/205x3 NO BACK PAIN. Felt tight when I was pulling, glutes and Hammies felt like they were doing their job.

Squat
100/105/110/115/125/135/140/150x1 all fast, glutes firing, no back pain. Just getting used to the oly shoes and playing with screwing my hips in and breathing

Pull-ups
Bw/5/10/10/5x5. All easy just for some extra work as pulling double overhand all the time means my forearms are usually pretty tired.

I must have got the relentless/pre workout combo spot on... No shakes or tingles and a decent pressing session and a consistent session.

Squat with loose wraps

180x1 3 second pause, easy as f**k. The bar shot off my back at the top at lock out which threw me off despite barely tightening the wraps. I'd like to put this down to lack of squat volume before hand and less to do with the wraps but whatever. I'll chuck these in after working sets every now and then for overload and start jacking them up.

115x1 all easy all paused obviously. But then on the single my right tricep medial head pinged... No reason for it!
130x1/2 because spotter grabbed it becuase it slowed apparently and "just incase" .... Cheers. Would have went up fine. Tricep felt like s**t again.

So after that I tried to do a press-up to test it and my elbow felt like it was being cut with scissors.. cue theraband compression, light band pushdowns for blood and it is currently in the RICE position.

f**k INJURIES. f**k SPOTTERS (even though I really like the guy) f**k TRICEPS AND f**k NOT HITTING A PB.

2 weeks time I'll hit it easy.
