Tidied up and went in. Slightly frustrated but also fairly satisfied that the squats felt very comfy, as they should after a couple of days' rest. | ||

Not sure if I've missed some sessions from here - probably not. Anyhow, started tentatively training again yesterday. Squat 70*3 110kg*3 130*1 Strict 20*10 40*5,5,5 Today Squat 70*3 110*3 130*2 Strict 20*10 40*5 60*3,3,3 Press ups, wide grip pres btn Both sessions lasted under 15 minutes - including tidy up. I'm still not 100% so really just aiming to do something. | ||
