I think I was most pleased with the 160-per-hand initial lift on the farmer's walk. The 340 partial dead lift was pleasing too. Yoke is still a bad event for me - but I am definitely improving. old age traveller Member 332, 7865 posts	i need to do some yolk and farmers comp is just 2 weeks away now if we were to do 350 yolk and 160 farmers medley how much weight would i need to bring? some pressing medleys i fancy that sandbag!!!!

I think. would probably need you to bring some collars too as the spring ones dont fit on the log trainer or the axle and ive only got one pair that do.
