First little meet since 2010- weighed in an ill 87.6kg shell of a man and knew I wasn't going to do anything exciting.

Squat attempts-
Took ages to get to my opener, started warming up too early because of people taking their time.
180 opener, nice and fast.
200 called for depth, no lift.
200 pass.

I wanted to go for 210 which I could have got but I'm happy with 200 especially with the depth nazis, there was some seriously deep squats being failed.

Bench-
100 buckshee
110 easy
115 easy
Just wanted to get this in, wasn't too fussed as I was getting more ill as the day progressed.

Deadlift-
190
215 pb since coming back to powerlifting in December, happy with it and it was quite fast.
230 way too greedy, should have gone for 220 and that would have been a good lift.


....NEXT! 26 April, 12 training weeks time I will be doing another meet then nothing until October.

Back feels like s**t still, probably something more then just being sore. Gonna keep things quite light for abit then got 10 straight days off soon thanks to work so that should solve everything.

Back is feeling better but still taking it easy. After this 10 days away I'll come back to it and start pushing the final set reps harder then doing the minimum. Only squats tomorrow to go.

Back feeling better today but still taking it steady and lots of volume on the warm up sets, work sets are all I post but hit 100x20 for the crack.

Abit of volume today. Got painkillers from docs, told not to DL and sq until I see physio then decide from there what's up with my back but he reckons it's not a herniated disc. Good news!
