Deficit deads on 25's 200x3 210x3 220x3 Ached going into tonights session, fine once I got going. | ||

All good depth I think, video up later. Squats, 210x5 both sets. Pretty easy to see here that my second set was deeper and faster than my first one. I think I just psyche myself up better if I'm expecting a bas***d of a set. Reverse machine squat 100x10 150x10 200x10 Hack squats x10 x10 x10 Leg press x10 x10 x10 Seated ham curls x10 x10 x10 Little bit of pain in my right quad again. I've been getting it on and off since the summer. It never really hurts at the time I'm squatting, but once I've stopped it does a bit. Good session, starting to feel strong on squats again. Going to keep pushing the x5's up 5kg a week until I don't think I can go higher, 225x5 would be good. | ||
