First set felt very hard, second set was far better and felt like there was a bit left, squats are just a mind game Grin. All good depth I think, video up later.

Squats, 210x5 both sets. Pretty easy to see here that my second set was deeper and faster than my first one. I think I just psyche myself up better if I'm expecting a bas***d of a set.

Little bit of pain in my right quad again. I've been getting it on and off since the summer. It never really hurts at the time I'm squatting, but once I've stopped it does a bit.

Good session, starting to feel strong on squats again. Going to keep pushing the x5's up 5kg a week until I don't think I can go higher, 225x5 would be good.

Same here, 220x5 nearly finished me off last time I did it though so it's a pretty hard target I think.
