Good session. Shoulder was just a touch sore from some manual work I was doing over the weekend. Didn't effect benching though, and it didn't get any worse.

Tough set, I got 240x5x5 earlier in the year though so I'm trying to build up to something a little better than that at the moment.

Weight this morning 17st 1lb, just dropping to 17st.
