I will cast an eye over that later. My spare watch that I keep as backup has recently fallen apart, so you could not have picked a better time to post that. Thank you.

You should consider a heart rate monitor. It will give you more figures to study plus it looks like a watch. Bullet. It may just frighten me too. It would be interesting though.

I think you are correct in that your progress will now be in the form of how you execute the 12 or 13 rounds you do, and then an extra round will just happen. It works Wiggers old chap. In my heart of hearts I have known for a long time that I should be doing something for fitness / stamina but it was just so boring, but this is a revelation, it's quick and it works, not bored yet and no sign of becoming so. And I do feel better. If it has the effect in a three-lift comp that I expect it to have. I will be a happy boy indeed.

Hyper obese Pete Member 70, 17896 posts SQ 322.5, BP 205, DL 300827.5 kgs @ 133kgs Eq | Wednesday, 17th September, start 17:00 Sometimes it all goes tits up, sometimes I don't seem to know what a bar is. Tonight was one of those nights Squat, very raw 20 x 5 20 x 5 20 x 5 20 x 5 20 x 5 60 x 5 60 x 5 belt on 100 x 2 140 x 2 160 x 2 180 x 2 190 x 2 190 x 2 190 x 2 Hack squat 150 x 2 170 x 2 190 x 2 210 x 2 230 x 2 250 x 2 During the 180 set Aaron was sat recovering from his exertions and was sat a little to the side of me, he was in an ideal position to judge depth and quite rightly told me that they were both high. I believed him but I would never have known had he not said. We upped it to 190 and concentrated on depth because if depth is lacking everything else has to go out of the window. All the 190s were in and the last set was a deep as I have ever gone. The flip side of this is that standing up was rather more difficult that usual. The hacks were a bind tonight too, for reasons that are still unknown to me, it felt like I had the handbrake on. It will pass and all will be well once more but it was rather a wasted night. Oldham was a roaring success though, Goatboy had a new cunnilingual technique that he wanted to try. Girl number one was surprised and delighted. And of course Goatboy was very happy that he can still surprise and delight even after all these years.

At the time that was written fingerprints were relatively new. I am delighted that you told me. Thank you and I hope you enjoy them all. i can't remember the name of my fav, it was the one with the young nanny who was handsomely paid to replace the hidden ill daughter. Actually i found the climax a bit disapointing but i enjoyed the tense build up to it

A fat man with half his throat ripped out and a dog with it's brains blown away is about as far as it goes. Glad you like them. Silver Blaze is the one with the very famous - To the singular incident of the dog in the night-time. But the dog did nothing in the night-time. That was the singular incident interchange. Probably the most famous few lines in the entire canon.

But the dog did nothing in the night-time. That was the singular incident As I approached junction 11 of the M60 this morning a thought came from nowhere* into what is left of my brain. I lied to Drew. The incident of the dog in the night-time was curious not singular. It was the epidemic amongst the sheep that was singular. Famous it may be but not so famous as to stop me getting it wrong. My apologies Drew. *Actually it must have come from somewhere, but I don't know where.
