Was pretty comfortable so I reckon if I'd loaded it to my current 5 rm of 185 I would have got it too, but of course we will never know. The upper body stuff has eeked ahead with some cheap 1 KG PRs and the lower body stuff is knocking on the door of my previous best. Time to go on holiday and defile myself with kebabs and max rep daquiris, come back, take a little weight off and rebuild and overtake. Winter is coming, as are the gainz. | ||
