Lovely session, I reckon am now back to how I was before I started buggering around after the novice comp
I did. The upper body stuff has eeked ahead with some cheap 1 KG PRs and the lower body stuff is knocking on the door of my previous best.

Time to go on holiday and defile myself with kebabs and max rep daquiris, come back, take a little weight off and rebuild and overtake.

Winter is coming, as are the gainz.

Not too bad after the holiday, glad the Gainz Goblinz didn't steal my hard fought sarcoplasmic hypertrophy whilst I was away. Will bolt press before deadlifts on Saturday then back to normal from next week onwards.
