I can see what your saying however I know all the other exersises and replaced the back bench press,with paused bench.also no in e over really knows if a program is fit for per pose until you give it a crack and at a glance it looks solid enough...except me not knowing what that one exersise is. | ||

I reckon that rules out back then , everything there hits either chest or triceps so cant see there being a solitary set of 8 reps that targets back just thrown in , could it be a floor dip sort of movement , like a reverse press up to target tris?
