My 5RM was 72.5kg when I managed a 90kg strict press. Would be surprised if you couldn't hit that now! | ||

My rep-to-1RM maths are usually pretty reliable. I might try 87.5 next week just to get a PB, but 90 would be a pleasant surprise. | ||

Axle clean+push-jerk Every minute on the minute for 8’: 75kgx3 85kg sandbag load to 48”/122cm platform, max reps in 60s 6,6,6 A bit of arm over arm and sled drags (weight irrelevant, high friction flooring). | ||
