Some good advice put out here make sure you take it in.

Not many, if any, top lifters fail lifts because they always train within themselves to try make there careers last and to keep healthy.

Good effort and strong walkout.

Thanks mate. I wouldn't normally try something like this but want to see where I stood with that weight now I know I'm going to go back and work on hitting reps up to 260 for a triple then go maybe 5-10kg from there until I'm at roughly 290 for a solid double. All advice is welcome other might see something I don't so it's good when problems and errors are pointed out

Don't make a habit of failing lifts, but at the same time, as long as you play safe sometimes you've got to go all out just to see where you stand.

I hit my planned weight so decided just to go for it and see what happens I don't plan on making it a habit of attempting weight 25kg above my PB but I wanted to try it, safe to say I won't be trying it again for a long while.

Was a worthy attempt, sometimes you dont know what you can do until you try, yeh was high but Ive seen worse and its a landmark weight to have on your back, impressed with how you kept form together and thats a good sign at such a young age.

Miles? Wow.
Someone at 17 has walked out 300kg and come fairly close to hitting parallel, I think it's safe to say whatever he's been doing is working.

Wearing 'Crossfit' trainers prob didn't help Wink lol

Very strong for a 17 year old well done. High off course, but that is easily fixed!
