Lost farmer hold once due to cramp in right lat (almost droped at 20 secs) and having them over my feet, it wasnt due to my grip not being strong enough can do 140's for 1:30 have done 120's for 1:33 same farmers and grip didnt move at all is on youtube. Also held 160's 48 seconds whilst moving at osg once with bunch of witnesses. | ||
