Cheers lads was a fun session. Going to be a very tough next few months so need to stick to the plan from now on!

Why you not want learn Happy I think you good teacher Happy
My knee better after hot bath and deep massage

It shows how much progression you have made rehab wise that you can actually do these.

Lol and as always your a beast at them instantly

Ye arms feeling alot stronger now! wouldn't say beast tbh but hopefully it'll get better with.practice
