Starting weight of 280kg. increments of 10kg, Lifters may skip lifts. 2)Yoke in to farmers medley. 400Kg Yoke for 20m in to 140KG farmers for 20m 3) Max Log Lift Starting Weight of 120kg, 10kg increments, Lifters may skip lifts. 4) Stones to a chest height platform, TBC but a run of 110-185 expected.
