Came up easy enough, probably 170ish there Leg press 60kg x 12 80kg x 12 100kg x 12 120kg x 12 140kg x 12 - plenty more in the tank. That was yesterday. Today I'm on crutches. Would love to close a 300. Lots of that last night, then impromptu training session today. I was ready to do some light squats and then bench, did none of that. Shrug machine 120kg x 100 reps (15s, 12s 10s, 7-8 towards the end, most sets to failure with about 90 seconds rest) Stiff armed lat pulldowns - 75 reps in about 5 sets. Bit less rest as they were quicker to jump on/jump off Face pulls - 50 reps Popped two blood blisters. Soft, girly hands. Forearms are now dead. All good fun. | ||

Fast and easy (as it should be, but can up the weight next week) 3" axle cleans 40 x 3 60 x 3 70 x 1 80 x 1 3" axle deads 70 x 3 110 x 3 150 x 1 - 15 second hold at the top, grip still going strong. Tricep ext - machine 3 x 15 Tricep ext fat bar 12,12, 5+7 pushdowns Squats - because some broz were doing 1/4s 60kg x 3 100kg x 3 120kg x 1 140kg x 1 belted - all very deep. Box squats 100kg x 3,3,3 - good bit of speed. Knee didn't like it, but getting it patched up some time next year. | ||

Didn't even bother setting up properly) Speed pulls 60kg x 1 100kg x 2 140kg x 3,3,3 conv 140kg x 1,3,3 sumo. Almost fell over on the first rep. Awesome speed on these! Lat pulldowns - leaning back (a la reverse benching?) Setting 4 - 8,8,8 reps, all paused on t'chest. On paper this looks like very little. Felt tough. Need more GPP. | ||

Speed - 60 x a few triples. Very snappy, very happy Slingshot that was 3 sizes too big for me - 60kg x 3 - did my elbows in from the speed. Too much fun. Deads 70 x 3 120 x 3 160 x 3, 3, 3 Sumo deads 160 x 3, 3 - much easier than conv. Face pulls - a few Close grip on smith 50 plus bar drop 40 plus bar drop 30 plus bar drop 20 plus bar drop 10 plus bar dropped on floor, took ages to get back up Box squat - parallel or so 70kg x 3 120 x 1 150 x 1 160 x 1 Fun times on very little sleep. Conventional deads were far too slow. | ||

No belt, just chalk Lat pulldowns, leaning back and pausing on chest 5.5 x 10 6.5 x 10,10 Tricep ext - setting 3.5 12, 12, 12 Hammers 17.5kg x 12 20kg x 10 Hanging leg raises 25, 15 Butt girl was there again. Squatting. Then doing SLDLs. Wearing pink leggings. | ||
